Will my mods download while playing skyrim xb1

The mods won't download when i use NMM (Nexus Mod Manager). This is the first time i am having an issue with downloading mods from Nexusmods.com. Can you guys try to see if it's letting you download any mods, so I can figure out if it's the site, or if it's from my end. Thanks.

While my PC can hold 100+ FPS almost anywhere, my laptop goes anywhere from mid 40's outside to 140 indoors and this mod can handle it well. Even when the FPS dips below 60, it feels better than vanilla and when you hit 80, the game just feels so good you can't help but smile a little. Tl;dr: Go download it and uncap your FPS.
